This coffee is grown by the COCAFCAL cooperative in Honduras, located in the Capacus region of western Honduras. The cooperative consists of twelve communities from the municipalities of San Pedro and Corquin in Copan
The cherries are handpicked, washed and dried, before being transported to the UK to be roasted, ground and packaged. After leaving our roastery, it then arrives at our storage depot within seven days, ready to be shipped immediately to customers.
