Peru Organic: This distinctive group of coffees is milled at the Benefices of the Cecovasa Cooperativa, a primary cooperative, milling and exporting on behalf of numerous cooperatives in the province of sandiain in Southern Peru.

Two distinctive coffees are delivered into Cecovasa Namely: Tunki grow in the village of Tunkimayo named after local red parrots and Uchunari, Which is produced in a similar way to Kopi Luwak, the world’s most expensive coffee. Annual production of this organic coffee is only 2000 Kilograms. Almost as rare as the parrots themselves! In 2010 CECOVAS’s Tunki coffee was awarded “coffee of the year” by the specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).

What makes CECOVASA a world beating coffee, is natural production processing with the absence of artificial fertilisers. A significant investment in training farmers and the location of their highly fertile farms in the Sandia Valley. CECOVASA aim is to promote its farmers. In order to improve living conditions and quality of life for the farmers living in the Peruvian Sandiain.
