This coffee is grown by the FEDECOCAGUA cooperative in Guatemala, located in the Huehuetenango, Coban, Verapaces, Retalhulei, San Marcos and Zacapa regions. This is a shade grown organic coffee: organic coffees make up just 2% of the production in Guatemala.
The cherries are handpicked, washed and dried, before being transported to the UK to be roasted, ground and packaged. After leaving our roastery, it then arrives at our storage depot within seven days, ready to be shipped immediately to customers.
