African coffees are some of the oldest and most respected varietals in the world. This superb blend combines Tanzanian Peaberry, grown on the upper slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, and Ugandan High-grown Northern Bugisu, grown under shade not far from the Ugandan/Kenyan border.
Like many African coffees, the varietals chosen for this coffee are bright and crisply flavoured, with hints of citrusy acidity countered by the bold, slightly darker and sweeter notes of the Ugandan selection. An inviting all-rounder, this coffee offers many complex flavours without the intensity of some Kenyan varietals, making it perfect to enjoy all day.
